We provide data reporting from the moment we send invitation-to-participate emails. Insight dashboards show at a glance who has responded to your invite, how they responded, how many reminders have been sent, and how many survey responses have been collected. This data can be filtered by age, race, gender, or any other filter that you specify. Through Insight, you can monitor responses and dynamically decide to increase, decrease, or specifically target invitations depending on response rates. Insight puts automated intelligent data reporting at your fingertips.
We simply would not have been able to collect data at this scale without Tempus’ management of the survey distribution, participant compensation, and data reports. Recruiting more participants means better, more rigorous science.
Live participant tracking via the Insight pages provide detailed breakdowns of where participants are within the workflow and which “bins” of stratified participants have been filled. I continue to be extremely impressed by the quality of surveys run by Tempus, and if given the choice between using one’s own platform/workflow and including Tempus in the process, I would choose Tempus every time.
